This page describes the information used when you send a business procurement inquiry through this website. Verdant Beacon Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. The initial form is intended for the product brief and contact details needed to discuss factory quotation requirements.

Information in your inquiry

The form asks for your name, work email and procurement requirements, with optional company and telephone details. Your message may include the fork configuration, materials, measurements, quantity, destination, seasonal date and documentation needs. If you enter an optional budget or supplier preference, those values are attached to the existing requirements message when it is submitted.

Please provide only information relevant to the buying discussion. Do not send card details, passwords, identity documents or confidential drawings in the first inquiry. If sensitive specifications are needed later, agree an appropriate exchange method and permitted scope with the relevant parties.

Purpose and procurement sharing

Inquiry information is used to understand the requested product, clarify missing details and discuss sourcing options. Information necessary to obtain a relevant factory reply may need to be shared with the parties involved in that procurement discussion. Ask about the intended recipient and scope before providing commercially sensitive information.

A supplier preference expresses the buyer's priorities. It is not a verified rating assigned to a factory. The quantity planner uses values you enter in the browser; a planning total is not an order, a quotation or a confirmed stock record.

Browser storage for the benefit notice

The browser may store a first-seen timestamp locally to limit the sourcing-benefit display window to no more than seven days. A session value remembers when the ticker is closed during that browser session. These values manage notice presentation; they do not record your purchase approval or determine final eligibility.

When browser storage is unavailable, persistent notice preferences may not work. You can manage or clear stored website data using your browser controls. Clearing that data may reset presentation preferences.

Questions and corrections

Use the contact form to ask about an inquiry you sent or to request a correction, identifying the relevant business message without including unnecessary personal data. This page does not establish an unverified retention period, processing location or automated response commitment.
